* Manage all conference event operations from setup through breakdown, ensuring flawless delivery
* Lead, train, and motivate the conference team to maintain the highest standards of service
* Collaborate with events teams to meet client requirements and coordinate event details
* Oversee staffing schedules, rosters, and performance management within the conference department
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management
* Ensure seamless execution of conferences, meetings, and functions

Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 3 years senior management experience in conference operations within luxury hotels
* Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-volume conference team
