This senior-level role requires a seasoned cyber security professional with deep expertise in identity and access management, privileged access management, vulnerability management, and security operations centre management. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive experience in cyber security with hands-on expertise in enterprise security technologies and frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Identity Access Management (IAM)Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise IAM solutions and strategiesOversee user lifecycle management, role-based access controls, and access governance programsDevelop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and compliance frameworksCollaborate with IT and business teams to ensure proper access provisioning and de-provisioning processesCyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAAM)Manage and optimize CyberArk PAAM infrastructure and implementationsOversee privileged account discovery, onboarding, and lifecycle managementEnsure compliance with privileged access policies and regulatory requirementsLead CyberArk platform upgrades, integrations, and security enhancementsIllumio MicrosegmentationDesign and implement microsegmentation strategies using Illumio platformDevelop network security policies and zero-trust architecture initiativesMonitor and analyze network traffic patterns and security eventsCollaborate with network teams on segmentation deployment and maintenanceCertificate and Key ManagementOversee enterprise PKI infrastructure and certificate lifecycle managementManage cryptographic key generation, distribution, storage, and rotation processesEnsure compliance with certificate management policies and industry standardsCoordinate with vendors and internal teams on certificate-related projectsSecurity frameworksRequired Qualifications:Experience and SkillsMinimum 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity and information security5+ years in leadership or senior technical roles within security operationsExtensive hands-on experience with CyberArk PAAM implementation and managementProven expertise in Identity and Access Management solutions and frameworksStrong experience with Illumio microsegmentation platformDeep knowledge of PKI, certificate management, and cryptographic systemsComprehensive experience managing Security Operations Center (SOC) operationsProficiency in Microsoft DLP configuration, policy development, and managementExpert-level knowledge of Qualys vulnerability management and patch management platformsStrong understanding of security frameworks
