We are looking for full time staff to join our team in a pharma facility in Carrigtwohill.
Shift pattern Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 16:30 Friday 8;00 to 15:30
Main duties and responsibilities:
Open and close the grounds at start or end of the day.
Assist on site staff with daily duties such as event preparation.
Assistant in preparing grounds for seasonal events
Assistant on site staff with maintenance and upkeep of all buildings, equipment and facilities
Responsible for overall cleanliness of all the organisation's facilities
Conduct regular inspections of the site, facilities and equipment to assess conditions and readiness for visitors.
Undertake configuration and set-up duties for AV requirements for onsite events
Report defects, deficiencies or health and safety related issues to the supervisor
Promote health and safety throughout the organisation.
Escort and assist service providers and contractors on site when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Good work record, with previous cleaning experience desirable.
Experience with cleaning equipment is desirable.
Basic health and safety knowledge.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
An empathy with the outdoors.
