Job Summary
A seasoned Human Resources Business Partner is required to provide strategic support to the HR Director and wider business. The successful candidate will have expertise across all aspects of Human Resources, including talent management, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, workforce tracking, payroll coordination, employee engagement, well-being, and HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional compliance coordinated support to the HR Director and wider business.
* Lead on operational functions of HR activities, including talent management, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, workforce tracking, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR projects.
* Offer HR partnership to department managers, focusing on work environment, employee relations, employee retention, and business processes by executing the business unit HR strategy.
Requirements
* 5+ years of Human Resources experience, with at least 2-3 years in a HRBP role in a busy customer-centric environment.
* Degree in HRM or Business Management related discipline (Master's qualification preferred).
* CIPD accreditation desirable.
* Strong employee engagement, wellbeing, and project management experience, preferably having worked on delivery of key HR Projects.
* Prior experience with Talent Management / Development a key advantage.
* Strong employee relations experience, working on grievance/disciplinaries whether in an investigatory capacity or advisory capacity.
* Strong working knowledge of employment law. Employment law qualification desirable.
* Must be able to drive/have own car – attendance to offices is required.
