Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
At our company, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the design and delivery of digital solutions across our financial services platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis and a proven track record of working on projects involving workflow and other low-code platforms. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for new systems or enhancements.
You will serve as a key analyst on projects involving low-code platforms, translating business needs into platform-specific configurations and workflows. Additionally, you will work with architects and developers to ensure requirements are accurately translated into scalable and compliant technical solutions.
You will also be responsible for coordinating system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
We value strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, experience in financial services operations such as investment management, fund accounting, compliance, back office, or client onboarding.
A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
