* Assume responsibility for planning, organizing and implementing high-quality educational programs that cater to the needs of children aged 2-3 years.
* Develop age-appropriate curricula in line with Aistear and Siolta frameworks by creating engaging activities that foster creativity, social skills and emotional intelligence.
