About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Third Party Sourcing Business Partner to join our Supply Chain & Operations Team.
This role will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with external suppliers and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and efficiency in the dairy and agri sector.
* Work closely with the Third Party Sourcing Manager and other Team members to screen, select, and manage third-party suppliers and co-manufacturers.
* Manage and maintain an updated register of all third parties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement KPIs for third-party co-manufacturers, providing regular reports and analysis to inform business decisions.
* Regularly review key performance measures to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
* Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all relationships with third-party co-manufacturers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
* Establish governance structures with partners, ensuring that signed contracts are maintained and updated regularly.
* Proactively identify potential challenges and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
* Support the Business Innovation forum process, identifying opportunities for collaboration and innovation with third-party suppliers and co-manufacturers.
* Negotiate contracts with new potential third-party suppliers and co-manufacturers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
* Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Present regular status updates and report on potential issues and options to new planned projects.
* Deliver results within agreed timescales, prioritizing deadlines and escalating interventions as necessary.
* Provide management reporting through the Tirlan Kainexus business Excellence system.
* Manage continuous improvement projects through the 3 M and COVA platforms.
* Transition new TPMs through the Tirlan TPM playbook model.

Key Requirements
* A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
* In-depth knowledge and practical experience of best-practice project management in managing third parties.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Experience in managing budgetary requirements and constraints.
* Strong experience in addressing key business issues with senior stakeholders.
* Commercially focused.
* Experience in dynamic environments, working in FMCG/Retail or Supply Chain/Production environments is preferred but not essential.
* Previous contract management experience is preferred.
