Harper Finley have partnered with an Accountancy firm in Lucan, Dublin, to hire an experienced Bookkeeper on a full-time permanent basis. The role will involve providing a full bookkeeping service to a range of clients using SURF accounts.

Responsibilities
* Bookkeeping and Reconciliation: Record financial transactions and maintain general ledgers. Reconcile bank, credit card, and other accounts.
* Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts. Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and management reports. Assist with budgets, tax preparation, and audits.
* Client Support: Address client financial queries and provide bookkeeping guidance.
* Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy and adherence to financial regulations. Maintain confidentiality of client information.
* Software Management: Use accounting software – SURF for data entry and reporting. Optimize bookkeeping processes with technology.
Role Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping role.
* Experience working in Ireland is desired.
* Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including accounts payable and receivable.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise tasks.
* Base salary of €35,000 – €43,000.
* Company pension scheme.
* Full time, permanent role.
* Monday to Friday.
* Onsite parking.
* This role is open to candidates with EU/EEA passport or Stamp 4 visa.
