This role will be based onsite at Dublin Airport, Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will assist with our Estimator to provide estimates for Base Maintenance activities and other business units from time to time. They will be a highly motivated person with a Technical or Planning background.Reporting To The Estimator The Key Responsibilities Will IncludeEstimation - Provide estimates based on customer supplied work scopePrepare proposals for reviewProvide Estimates for the additions/ deletions to the contracted work scope as identified by the PlannersPrioritise on deadlines for estimates unless advised otherwiseMaintenance and upkeep of the MPD dataAssist as required in the day-to-day operations as dictated by the EstimatorWeekly update of the status of proposalsContinuous update of the Request for Quote (RFQ) registerOccasional travel may be requiredBe prepared to undertake other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.Knowledge / Key Skill RequirementsHolds a Level 7+ Aeronautical Engineering qualification or similar aviation-based qualification graduated between Advanced knowledge of technical data to include MPD, AMM, SRM, SB's, AD's SL's CN's etc.Aircraft Maintenance experience and knowledge of Part 145 requiredExperienced and knowledgeable in Base Maintenance functions and practicesStrong IT skills with excellent understanding of Microsoft Office, especially ExcelMethodical with strong attention to detailAbility to manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlinesAbility to work on own initiative, be self-motivated and flexible in their approach to workAbility to work within a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English, both spoken and writtenBe able to pass a 5-year security background checkPermitted to live and work in the Republic of Ireland without restriction.
