Release Train Engineer
We are seeking a seasoned Release Train Engineer to lead our Agile transformation in a 12-month contract.
Main responsibilities include facilitating PI Planning, ART syncs and system demos; promoting value flow using SAFe, Kanban and other Agile methodologies; managing risks, dependencies and cross-team alignment; championing Agile best practices and coaching teams across the ART; driving Inspect & Adapt sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive RTE experience in complex enterprise environments, has a deep understanding of SAFe and excels in facilitation and stakeholder management. They should also be proficient with Agile tools.
