Milford Care Centre, Limerick Serving the people of the Mid-West Milford Care Centre is a Section 38 organisation, working in partnership with the HSE Mid-West, and provides a comprehensive range of Specialist Palliative Care Services and Services for Older People across Counties Clare, Limerick, and North Tipperary.
WE ARE INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF Head of Human Resources (Grade VIII) Permanent Post - 1.0 WTE (35 hours) Based in Milford Care Centre (MCC), Limerick Qualifications Essential Relevant third level qualification in Human Resources, Employment Law, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
Desirable Professional membership of a recognised HR body.
Qualification in mediation, coaching, or organisational development.
Experience Significant senior HR leadership experience in a complex organisation, ideally within healthcare or the public service.
Demonstrated experience in employee and industrial relations.
Experience leading workforce planning, organisational change, and staff wellbeing initiatives.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and budgets.
Knowledge Strong knowledge of Irish employment, equality, and industrial relations legislation.
Understanding of healthcare workforce challenges and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of best practice in staff wellbeing, engagement, and organisational development.
