We are seeking a skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless operations and delivering premium service levels.

The role involves actively managing diaries and actions lists for residential agents, drafting sales-related documents, preparing bulletins, and maintaining accurate records of client communications and property listings. You will also schedule viewings, meetings, and property inspections, respond to client inquiries, and provide support to sales agents by preparing necessary documents and gathering property information.

In addition, you will assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, process invoices, verify compliance with legal requirements, and obtain necessary documents from vendors. Your duties will include updating RPS, Daft, and MyHome systems, handling general office tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

As a key member of our team, you will possess excellent time management and organisational skills, able to manage various tasks effectively and ensure deadlines are met. You will maintain a polite, positive, and professional attitude in all interactions, representing the company well, and demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and self-management skills.

We are looking for a collaborative team player who is proficient in Microsoft Office software, able to build and maintain good networks internally and externally, and handle routine work with limited supervision.
