We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm). This is a key role within the Commercial Finance & Business Development function, instrumental in driving growth and supporting strategic initiatives across the UK and Europe. This role will report directly to the Head of Business Development and Commercial (Europe) and will be based in our Dublin office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing robust financial and commercial analysis to support new projects, business development opportunities, and strategic decision-making. This includes conducting market research, developing and refining pricing processes, and delivering insightful analysis on both financial and non-financial initiatives.
In addition, the role will be heavily involved in supporting both the Commercial Finance and Executive teams. Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing performance of current assets and supporting asset sales.
* Assisting with contract variations and conducting commercial NOI reviews.
* Supporting on contractual NOI analysis for both existing and new business opportunities.
* Assisting with the re-positioning of existing and potential assets.
* Collating and analysing data for a variety of commercial finance projects to support the Commercial Finance, Business Development, and Executive teams.
The role calls for someone who is financially and commercially minded, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the position requires close collaboration with colleagues and senior managers across departments.
