Role SummaryThe Business Intelligence Coordinator is an entry level position in the Commercial Operations department, delivering the analytical backbone that underpin Zoetis' commercial strategy. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager and partnering closely with the commercial team, this role combines hands-on analytics with commercial acumen and cross-functional collaboration.The Business Intelligence Coordinator is responsible for dashboard building and maintenance including data import, transformation, and cleansing. The role will also require the responsible person to be able to use calculated tables, slicers and tooltips to showcase trend, variance and root cause analysis. It will require knowledge of SQL for query optimization and model optimization. Also, to develop and maintain pricing guidance for a broad portfolio of products beyond core brands, establishing benchmarks for in-market pricing.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards for sales, rebates and trends seen at the 3PL and wholesalers, providing key insights in regards to sales trends, seasonality and safety stocks to the commercial team.Develop and maintain pricing guidance for a broad portfolio of products beyond core brands, establishing benchmarks for in-market pricingBuild and refine models, analytics, and Power BI dashboards that support annual planning, sales analysis, and commercial decision-making.Support revenue management analysis and scenario modelling to recommend commercial optimization with measurable financial impact.Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations through clear and concise presentations to internal stakeholders.Develop calculated tables, slicers and tooltips to showcase trend, variance and root cause analysis and use of SQL for query optimization and model optimizationCandidate RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, or a related disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience in commercial analytics, or data analytics rolesInternational exposure and experience supporting cross-functional commercial teamsExpertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; SQL, Azure and Python/R are a plusKnowledge of commercial relationships, wholesaler reporting, and rebate frameworkExperience in regulated industries such as animal health, pharma, or diagnostics preferredTechnical Skill RequirementsStrong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into strategic insightsDemonstrated ability to guide commercial decisions through structured frameworks and modellingHigh attention to detail, with capability to manage compliance monitoring and exception approvalsClear communicator with strong storytelling skills to present findings to non-technical audiencesProactive and accountable, with strong prioritization and time management skillsExperience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP S4 Hana/Vistex)Full timeLegal statement as belowThis job advert indicates the general nature and level of work expected.
