Project Lead – Residential Development
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a residential development in Kildare, comprising approximately 150 units.
Job Description:
* To manage and supervise daily operations on site ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently;
* Liaise with senior management, clients, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders;
Key Skills And Qualifications Include:
* A recognised construction/engineering qualification (e.g. NVQ/C&G etc.) as well as several years experience within the industry;
* Demonstrated leadership skills with strong organisational abilities along with good communication techniques.
