The Role:
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Office & Business Development Executive to work closely with our management team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a company that's going places.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline office and field operations.
* Identify and secure maintenance contracts and other growth opportunities.
* Support management with strategic planning and business development initiatives.
* Oversee administrative processes and improve efficiency across the business.
* Contribute ideas and execute projects that drive company growth and customer satisfaction.

* You have previous experience in business development, operations, or office management—ideally in a service or trade-related industry.
