The site here in Ireland is the business' Global R&D Hub boasting state of the art labs & high spec test suites. This company has grown through a blend of innovative product development and alongside key business and product acquisitions.ResponsibilitiesYou will report into the Director of Device Engineering and work closely with a team of design engineers, an internal manufacturing group and the contract manufacturing partners both in Europe and the US.You will manage concurrent projects overseeing the design and delivery of highly automated manufacturing processes.Deliver CI and innovation campaigns to improve efficiencies and support NPI's and commercial scale-up.Oversee change control processes and commissioning of new manufacturing technologies.Interface with the device development team, internal manufacturing operations groups and the on-site manufacturing team.Support less experienced team members through sharing technical knowledge and expertise.ExeperienceApplicants must have a 3rd level Degree in a technical discipline.
