About the Role
We're building an industry-recognised multi-discipline Research Centre of experts to position our company as a global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) solutions.
The centre will work closely with an open innovative ecosystem and key European universities to address real-world issues and build a basic research capability to support technical projects.
In this role, you'll work as a researcher/research engineer, building LLM applications in the AIOps domain to enhance its capability. You'll conduct world-class and cutting-edge research in AI, especially LLM, and data analytics for solving complex challenges in cloud services and user experience management.
Our team works closely with the cloud service business unit, focusing on intelligent automation, cost/performance optimisation, and experience enhancement through operational data analysis.
You'll leverage a wealth of operational data to intelligently automate DevOps, service operations, and experience optimisation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply AI and related optimisation algorithms to investigate, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient solutions to tackle business and research challenges in AIOps, user behaviour analysis, public opinion analytics, etc.
* Work independently and with the team to deliver research PoCs
* Design and development system components to translate research into production trials to achieve business goals and impacts
* Publish research results and interact with research communities in the related fields
Requirements:
* PhD in a relevant field or years of experience applying AI and/or data analysis techniques to solve real-world problems
* Strong coding skills (e.g. Python, etc.)
* Experience in cloud service management, user experience optimisation, or user behaviour analysis is a great plus
