HRIS Programme Manager Position
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Information Systems (HRIS) Programme Manager to join our IT team and lead the implementation of a new SAP Payroll system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple HRIS-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR strategy, managing interdependencies, risks, and resource allocation across workstreams, and providing leadership and direction to project teams and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field, and minimum 5+ years senior IT project management experience, with proven experience in programme management of HRIS systems in complex environments.
In addition to strong project management skills, the candidate should have a detailed understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and integrations, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.

* √ Experience with SAP Payroll (SuccessFactors, ECP, or SAP HCM)
* √ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
* √ Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy in HR systems
* √ Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
