This position entails delivering an exceptional customer service experience whilst conducting routine servicing, testing, inspections, repairs and installation of CCTV security, access control and intruder systemsCore ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, cabling, programming, servicing and repair of security systems and associated equipmentConduct customer training sessions and system demonstrations to effectively illustrate the functionality and operation of the systems, to include:-Programme Transmission, Video Analysis, Communications router and pathways, Commissioning units and walk testingGenerate daily reporting and documentation to meet the operational requirements of our business and our customersCollaborate with our internal operations teams to deliver superior customer service and technical support, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will haveMinimum 3+ years’ experience in a CCTV role or similar disciplineFull Drivers’ License and Safe Pass card holderDemonstrable experience of servicing, fault finding and repairing electronic systems preferably Security/Intruder Alarm Systems, CCTV systems (Analogue & IP) and Access Control Systems - desirable.Experience in wireless networks and fibre optics an advantageCertification in Electrical Engineering beneficial but not essential.
