About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Technician to manage our day-to-day finance function.

This is a fully onsite position with flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week. The successful candidate will take ownership of wages, accounts administration, and supplier management.


Key Responsibilities:

* Process weekly payroll for approximately 25 employees using Thesaurus Payroll software.
* Manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations efficiently.
* Prepare and submit ROS returns accurately.
* Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers up-to-date.
* Support management with ad hoc finance and administration duties as needed.


Candidate Requirements:

* Accounting Technician qualification (or equivalent experience).
* Strong payroll experience, ideally with Thesaurus Payroll software.
* Good working knowledge of ROS and general accounting practices.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
* Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively.
