Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a strategic business leader to drive cadences and operations in alignment with Leadership teams.
* Improve scalability, agility, and productivity through analytical insight and strong business acumen.
* Partner and influence sales leaders and cross-functional roles that support sales, such as Marketing, Finance, and HR.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree is preferred; MBA or similar advanced degree a plus.
* 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Revenue, Sales, or Customer Success Operations, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing global or multi-regional teams.
* Proven success in strategic planning, performance management, and operational execution within complex, matrixed, and international organisations.
