Occupational Therapy Leadership Role
Deliver and lead evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions for children, young people, and/or adults within Primary Care services.
Collaborate with service users, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues to promote independence, participation, and quality of life.
Provide leadership, supervision, and contribute to service development in this key role.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver occupational therapy programs to meet the needs of diverse client groups.
* Lead a team of occupational therapists to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and program effectiveness.

Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
* Registration as an Occupational Therapist with relevant professional body.
* Proven experience in leading occupational therapy teams and developing clinical programs.
