Financial Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the commercial performance of several live construction projects, ensuring budgets, timelines, and contractual obligations are met.
* Review, approve, and place purchase orders with suppliers, monitoring costs to control project expenditure.
* Prepare and submit accurate payment applications to clients, adhering to contract terms.
* Assess and negotiate project variations, documenting all changes to protect project profitability.
* Develop detailed cashflow forecasts to anticipate funding requirements and prevent overruns.
Candidate Requirements:
* Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
* Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience as a Financial Manager in construction projects.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
