About the Job:
The Genesis OR Consultant plays a key role in supporting hospitals and surgical teams by delivering both onsite and remote consulting services. This includes identifying and implementing best-in-class practices for da Vinci Surgery across areas such as robotic program standardization, operational efficiency, team training, cost management, and block time utilization.
The consultant ensures that each customer is equipped to successfully launch, optimize, and sustain a high-performing robotic surgery program.
Responsibilities:
* Develop deep expertise in the use, application, troubleshooting, and proper handling of Intuitive technologies.
- Maintain expert knowledge of current medical procedures using industry-standard software applications.,- Independently manage assigned territory balancing customer engagements with administrative responsibilities,- Plan/design targeted consulting programs tailored to meet customers' specific needs- Lead complex engagements collaborating with hospital stakeholders,
Cross-functional teams (Sales,Sales Training,Customer Service),data analysis,and insight generation->Support timely data delivery for measurable outcomes,hospital staff training
