Project Manager – Ireland (Athenry, Galway)Mode: HybridWe are seeking experienced Project Managers (PMs) to join our team in Athenry, Galway. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in project management within technology, medical device, or related domains and will be able to support on-site work efforts. PMs will oversee project delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of project goals in alignment with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and ExecutionLead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to closure.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage project schedules.Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to stakeholders.Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.Resource ManagementAllocate and manage resources effectively to meet project objectives.Coordinate team members, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.Monitor workloads and provide guidance to ensure teams remain productive and efficient.Process Improvement & ComplianceImplement best practices in project management, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote knowledge sharing across projects.Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable processes.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project performance, KPIs, and outcomes.Essential Skills and QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager, ideally 5+ years in IT, technology, or med-device domains.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.Ability to work independently and on-site in Athenry, Galway.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results under tight deadlines.Preferred RequirementsProject Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or similar regulated industries.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).Experience working with cross-functional, international teams.
