Role PurposeThe Associate Business Operations role will support the Director of Transformation and Operations, CISO in portfolio management and business operations. This role will help develop and execute processes that improve the organizational maturity of the Global Cyber team. Success in this position will require collaborating with a diverse group of security and technology professionals and a desire to learn about their mission areas. This role is a good opportunity for someone with a security background looking to further develop their business skills.Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation, tracking and reporting of Objectives and Key Results for the Global Cyber teamSupport the preparation and facilitation of monthly reviews of cyber programs with the CISOLead initiatives to improve team morale and information sharingSupport the planning and execution of all hands and offsitesExecute work through clear, repeatable processesEstablish strong working relationships across the Global Cyber team to facilitate the execution of the day-to-day responsibilitiesSupport and deliver other key projects within the Cyber team as assignedSkills & CapabilitiesComfortable working with a diverse group of global stakeholders and ability to adapt to different styles of communicationExcellent time management and planning skills to minimize last minute data calls or taskingsAbility to work on own initiative with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and locationsStrong PowerPoint skillsKnowledge of Confluence and/or Jira a plusComfortable soliciting feedback and evolving process and approach accordinglyComfortable asking questions and calling out areas of misalignment or concernComfortable adapting to a changing environmentAbility to take an expected outcome and develop a proposal for how to accomplish itQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of relevant experienceExperience working in security or technologyAbout FlutterFlutter is the world's leading online sports betting and iGaming operator, with a market leading position in the US and across the world.
