Painter's Role
This role involves undertaking various tasks including response maintenance, change of tenancy, multi-trade and project works. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills.
To be successful in this position, you must have:
* Completed a painting apprenticeship and hold relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 certification.
* A minimum of 2 years post-apprentice experience.
* Eligibility for a trade-specific CSR card.
* The ability to demonstrate a high level of experience and sound knowledge in delivering minor building and maintenance painting services.
You will also need to possess the following attributes:
* Able to use a PDA, smartphone or mobile working device.
* A current and valid full UK driving license.
