Project Site Engineer Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Site Engineer to join our team for a key project based in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effective setting out and surveying from construction drawings and specifications.
* Skilled interpretation of technical drawings, plans, and schedules.
* Collaboration with subcontractors and site operatives to ensure works are completed according to plan.
* Planning and sequencing site activities in line with project timelines and objectives.
* Participation in site meetings and liaison with design teams, consultants, and client representatives.
* Monitoring and enforcement of Health & Safety best practices across all site activities.
* Maintenance of high-quality workmanship throughout the build process.
* Assistance with material procurement and timely delivery of resources.
* Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date site records, including as-built drawings and QA documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience in site engineering.
* Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
