We are seeking a passionate, creative, and highly experienced Manager/Executive Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and take our food offering to the next level in a fast-paced setting.
The Role:
You will oversee all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu development, team leadership, food safety, and cost control. You will bring innovation and consistency to our offering while inspiring and mentoring a team of talented chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage daily kitchen operations across multiple service areas (Restaurant, Function room, Events, Parties)
· Create and update menus with a focus on family-friendly dishes, seasonal specials and dietary inclusivity
· Recruit, train and develop kitchen staff to build a cohesive, high-performing team.
· Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
· Manage Kitchen budgets, including food cost control, stock levels and supplier relationships
· Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
What we are looking for:
· Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume family-friendly casual dining venue.
· A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment
· A genuine passion for food, creativity and innovation in menu development
· In depth knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
· Excellent communication, people management and organizational skills.
· Food Hygiene & Safety level 3 (or equivalent) certification required
· Relevant culinary qualifications.
