Account Executive Job Description
As a vital member of our sales team, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a dedicated customer set and own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
* Coordinate multiple sales projects simultaneously and use solution selling expertise to respond efficiently to customer needs and identify business potential.
* Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
* Prioritize and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated success in quota carrying and direct sales experience with technology solutions.
* Territory & Account Planning Strategies: Develop territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives.
* Research and Discovery: Identify a prospect's current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals.
* Solutioning: Develop compelling value propositions that address customer needs.
* Customer Communication: Interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
