Role Overview
Further develop and strengthen the Keelings brand to ensure its continued success and growth. The Senior Brand Manager will report directly into the Commercial Director and will have responsibility for the development and management of the Keelings Brand Strategy.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
This role will require a highly capable individual with passion to immerse themselves and learn quickly so that they can impact the brand's delivery of its key growth pillars for 2026 and beyond. The main responsibilities include but not limited to;
* Lead and manage the execution of current plans for 2026 in the Irish market across multiple media touchpoints including TV, Radio, OOH, Events, Instore, PR and Social Media, working with multiple agencies and other key internal and external stakeholders
* Lead, alongside the Brand Manager the development of the Keelings Brand Strategy 2026+ to ensure continued success and growth of the brand in years to come
* Manage the full Marketing P&L ensuring success for both the brand, retailers and consumers alike
* Drive continuous improvements of the brand as a result of regular performance analysis, ensuring ROI of marketing activation, financial metrics of the brand and staying informed of relevant trends and insights, adapting the strategy accordingly
* Work alongside our Project Manager to deliver new innovation, value added products and packaging improvements to the market that are worthy of our brand and our consumers.
* Conduct and manage market research projects alongside the Category Manager to aid and support other functions as well as your own
* Support the BM in managing our significant presence at Bloom, the largest horticulture show in Ireland
* Support the ABM in delivery & execution of a robust digital marketing plan ensuring continued success of our social media channels, website and ezine program
What You'll Need
Key Skills & Knowledge
Essential
* Passionate about marketing, branding and the food industry
* Ability to take a medium to long term view and deliver consistent brand marketing campaigns
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of consumers insight and strong interest in staying informed of trends and developments that may affect our brand
* Comfortable with market analysis (using tools such as Power BI etc) and a good understanding of extracting insights from such data
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work closely and seamlessly with other team members and cross functional teams and the ability to manage external agencies is essential to the success of this role
* Analytical aptitude and a natural curiosity to investigate the "why" and "how"
* Will have a proactive, independent and energised approach to working under pressure

* Experience managing direct reports, able to guide and support both the BM and ABM in their roles
