Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Coordinator to support our GP clinics and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, handling patient queries, and monitoring emails and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate appointments for GP and nurse clinics, ensuring efficient use of time.
* Provide exceptional customer service by handling patient queries in a friendly and professional manner.
* Monitor and action incoming emails and phone calls, responding promptly to ensure seamless communication.
* Update clinic spreadsheets and reporting activity, maintaining accurate records.
* Manage the digital and paper filing system efficiently, ensuring easy access to relevant information.
* Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure shared tasks are completed effectively.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in medical administration or 3 years in general administration.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
* Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* A full clean driving license is desirable, although not essential.
* Fluent written and spoken English, with excellent language skills.
* Candidates must possess good character and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
