Sales Leader Position

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts for two modern properties located in central Dublin.

This role is ideal for a passionate, energetic, and commercially-driven senior sales executive who is ready to play a pivotal role in positioning two unique hotels in the competitive Dublin market.

* Develop and execute the sales strategy for both hotels in alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
* Drive revenue across all market segments, including corporate, leisure, and groups.
* Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts to maximise occupancy and profitability.
* Collaborate closely with on-property teams and regional support to deliver exceptional guest experiences and market positioning.
* Represent both properties at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions.
* Monitor market trends and competitor performance to adapt strategies proactively.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum of five years' experience in hotel sales, cluster, and brand experience a strong advantage.
* Strong knowledge of the Dublin market and surrounding region.
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, well-organised, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
* Good hotel / IT systems knowledge and ability.
