As a Team Leader, you will coordinate your team of drivers to meet customer and colleague needs, ensuring vehicles are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
Life as a Team Leader with Northgate Vehicle Hire
Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. As Team Leader, you are a key part of the Branch Management Team, managing vehicle delivery and collection.
You are a people person, setting high expectations, nurturing your team, and creating a productive, engaged environment where everyone works together efficiently. You will inspire your team and manage fleet allocation to deliver the right vehicles at the right time.
Success in this role relies on your customer service skills, ability to motivate, and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is useful but not essential; personality and drive are most important.
Our flagship branch near Leeds offers a large, experienced team and a chance for you to bring a fresh approach to the role.
