Insurance Advisor Role
This role involves providing expert advice and support to customers across personal and commercial lines. You will be responsible for processing new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims queries, ensuring all compliance, regulatory, and company standards are met.
The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, building and maintaining long-term client relationships. They will also liaise with underwriters and third-party providers to secure best-in-class solutions, keeping up-to-date with market developments and emerging insurance products.
Requirements
- APA (Personal/Commercial) or CIP qualification – essential.
- 1+ years' experience in an insurance advisory or sales role (broker or insurer).
- Strong working knowledge of insurance products and regulatory standards in Ireland.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage customer expectations and deliver solutions.
- Proficient in using industry software and MS Office suite.
