Job Overview
The Clinical Pharmacist will play a pivotal role in supporting the National Immunisation Advisory Committee (NIAC) in reviewing and updating immunisation guidelines for Ireland. This involves coordinating and co-authoring updates, responding to queries from healthcare professionals, and producing evidence syntheses on vaccines and immunisation topics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the review and update of immunisation guidelines for Ireland
* Coordinate and co-author updates to the guidelines
* Respond to queries from healthcare professionals on immunisation topics
* Produce evidence syntheses on vaccines and immunisation topics
* Liaise with subject matter experts, academic partners, and international bodies involved in immunisation policy and program implementation.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Registered as a Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
* A minimum of five years' post-registration hospital pharmacy or medicines information experience
