Training Supervisor - Limerick (12 month secondment)
The purpose of the Training Supervisor role is to carry out the driver training function & assist in the selection of new drivers in the Region by assessing applicants driving ability to ensure it is to Bus Éireann standards; To reflect the legal requirements and qualifications required to carry out the role under EU Directives, regulations and S.I.s in line with requirements of the State, RSA and State Agencies.
The Training Supervisor will assess drivers following collision / incidents and develop driving standards by delivering Advanced Driving training while delivering statutory/specialised training courses as required and requested by the Company.
In addition to this, the Training Supervisor will maintain training records locally in co-operation with the Regional HR function/CORE requirements.
