A Sales Professional is required to support and grow relationships with key customers across Northern Ireland. The role focuses on developing strong connections, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on CNC machining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain successful customer relationships
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region
* Offer technical guidance on machining strategies and tooling solutions
* Conduct site trials, demonstrations, and optimisation of cutting tools
* Create technical proposals and quotations for machining projects
* Resolve issues related to machining performance or tooling application
* Collaborate with internal teams for sales and technical support
* Ensure exceptional customer service and ongoing technical assistance
Requirements:
* Experience in CNC programming and manufacturing (ideally 23 years)
* Background in mechanical engineering or a related field
* Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (preferred but not essential)
* Based in Northern Ireland with a willingness to travel locally for customer visits
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Completion of an engineering apprenticeship or similar training in mechanical disciplines
