Are you a commercially minded, part-qualified accountant looking to take the next step in your finance career? This is an exciting opportunity to join this communications agency where finance plays a key role in driving business performance and decision-making.
The Commercial Finance Business Partner will support commercial decision-making by delivering insightful financial analysis and partnering closely with non-finance teams. The role involves variance and profitability analysis, KPI tracking, budgeting support, and financial modelling to inform business performance. You will also support month-end and year-end processes, ensure compliance with financial controls, assist with audits, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting tools.
This role is ideal for a driven, part-qualified accountant with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for understanding how businesses operate. Along with a Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. A minimum of 1–3 years' experience in a finance or accounting role with analytical exposure with advanced Excel skills essential (pivot tables, lookups, IF statements, data modelling, scenario analysis) and experience with BI or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous
