Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering agreed prioritized change initiatives on the Cards Change Roadmap, which span multiple internal and external systems. This may involve working on solo initiatives or driving/working as part of a team depending on the scale of the change involved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver agreed prioritized change initiatives on the Cards Change Roadmap.
* Collaborate with a wide number of stakeholder communities.
* Work as part of a team to ensure that all queries are resolved in an efficient and customer-focused manner.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a Business Analyst role with experience gained in the area of transaction banking.
* Relevant professional qualification would be advantageous.
* Evidence of excellent relationship management skills, ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels in order to support & deliver change projects.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced business environment.
Personal Qualities:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
* Test expertise with experience in formulating & executing the Business Acceptance Testing strategy.
