Responsibilities:
Core Duties:
* Dishwashing: Washing and sanitising all kitchenware, including pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes
* Cleaning: Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, equipment, and food preparation areas
* Food Preparation: Assisting with basic food preparation tasks like peeling, chopping, and washing vegetables
* Inventory Management: Helping with the receiving and storage of food and kitchen supplies, and keeping storage areas organised
* Waste Management: Emptying bins and ensuring proper disposal of kitchen waste
* Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment like ovens, grills, and sinks
Requirements of the role:
* Must be available to work any 4/5 days over a 7 day working week including bank holidays
* Permission to work in Ireland
* Team player, positive attitude
* Experience in a similar role is desirable, not essential
