This role blends strong visual design skills with digital marketing insight, user-focused thinking, and performance analysis to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & CreativeDesign high-quality branded marketing materials for both print and digital, including:Social media assetsInteractive graphicsVideos and motion graphicsPresentationsBrochures and flyersEnsure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across channels.Web Design & DevelopmentDesign and build responsive websites using WordPress, ensuring usability, accessibility, and performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and marketing objectives into effective web experiences.User-Centred DesignIdentify user needs through research, data, and stakeholder input.Incorporate user feedback and insights into design iterations to improve usability and engagement.Digital Marketing StrategyContribute to the development and integration of digital marketing strategies across channels (web, social, email, paid media).Design creative assets that support campaign objectives and conversion goals.Performance & OptimisationAnalyse campaign performance and user behaviour data.Apply insights and learnings to optimise future designs, campaigns, and digital experiences.Skills & ExperienceEssentialStrong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating print and digital workExperience designing for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing collateralProficiency in WordPress and responsive web designUnderstanding of user-centred design principlesAbility to interpret data and apply insights to improve performanceDesirableExperience with video editing or motion graphicsFamiliarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social insights)Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practicesPersonal AttributesCreative thinker with strong attention to detailAnalytical and performance-focused mindsetAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesCollaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
