The successful candidates will be working on our projects in Dublin.Purpose of RoleAid with building services activities with other construction activities from specification and procurement through to installation, testing and commissioning.Role ResponsibilitiesAssist with ensuring MEPS Trade Partners carry out all work to the appropriate standards.Participate in the Project Health & Safety Meetings as required.Aid with MEPS Subcontractor Health & Safety performance through the weekly technical services meeting.Assist with the production of M&E co-ordinated drawings in conjunction with the CSA works.Assist with the production/approval of technical submittals/samples from the MEPS subcontractors in line with the programme and specification requirements.Assist with the flow of information between MEPS Subcontractors and the project team.Co-ordinate with utilities companies in a timely manner to ensure programme compliance.Monitor and track progress of the M&E install, ensuring adequate resources are consistently provided to meet the programme.Co-ordinate the testing, commissioning, BCAR and handover process with relevant specialists and sub-contractors.Co-ordinate temporary M&E requirements for site set-up/project duration.The CandidateCurrently studying a third level qualification in Technical Services or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.Understanding of the design requirements and the client's brief.Ability to get along with the project team and nurture a positive working atmosphere.Willingness to learn and develop.Results oriented - possesses strong drive to deliver M&E service to the team.Responsible - takes responsibility for his/her actions.RemunerationThis is a paid placement position.Flynn is an equal opportunity employer.For further details on Flynn's Privacy Statement, please go to:https://www.flynnmc.com/privacy
