In our Corporate Risk and Broking business, we provide appropriate and innovative insurance programmes for our clients.

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Client Service Advisor.
The primary purpose of this role is to perform broking duties for a portfolio of clients and deliver a high level of client service to support the business in achieving its objectives.
Our objectives focus on Client, Financial, People, and Operational Excellence.
The RoleMain responsibilities include:
Perform the broking role for clients, handling renewals, claims, mid-term alterations, and queries.Provide excellent client service efficiently and courteously, ensuring all deadlines are met.Develop an understanding of each client's business and culture.Support and identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.Build and maintain beneficial relationships with insurers.Follow company procedures for renewals and new business.Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Participate in project work.Offer technical support to colleagues and assist in resolving client issues.Build relationships and collaborate with various teams across local and offshore operations.Act as an ambassador for WTW's purpose, values, culture, and clients.QualificationsThe Requirements CIP qualifiedPrevious experience with an insurer or brokerStrong client advocacy skillsWillingness to take early responsibilityPassion for learning about the insurance industryHardworking, proactive, and adaptableProblem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExcellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skillsHigh accuracy and attention to detailWTW's Compensation PackageWe value our colleagues and support their growth and success.
