Now under the management of FBD Hotels & Resorts, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join our management team as Food & Beverage Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar hotel and will demonstrate how they have contributed to enhancing the quality and efficiency of hotel Food & Beverage operations.

Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing assigned Food and Beverage departments with the support of the operational team.
* Ensuring excellence in service and standards to provide guests with a memorable experience.
* Maintaining effective supervision in areas of responsibility at all times.
* Conducting daily briefings to ensure effective communication with Heads of Departments and team members.
* Ensuring all training is completed to high standards.
* Assisting with recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
