Retail Pharmacy General Manager - GalwayQR Select are recruiting a General Manager for a multi-site community pharmacies based mainly in the Galway area,The role is full time and permanentThe ideal candidate will have previous management experience ideally in community pharmacyKey ResponsibilitiesOwn rotas, cover planning, and operating standards across a 7-day operation.Coordinate and manage Pharmacist Managers and Retail Supervisors, including performance and accountabilityBuild and own the operational scorecard; embed SOPs and follow-through across all sites.Maintain high standards of compliance and patient safety.Oversee digital operations, including managing the eCommerce / Digital Admin Specialist and embedding digital services into everyday workflows.RequirementsProven operations leadership in community pharmacy or a closely related healthcare retail environment.
