Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team on a 12-month day rate contract. This role is fully onsite in Dublin 2.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Active Directory user, group, and permission management.
* Excellent client PC and laptop hardware replacement, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Windows 10 setup, troubleshooting, and support in a business environment.
* Desk moves, rollouts, client data transfer.
* Business application support for Microsoft Office and/or Office 365.
* Microsoft Outlook support in an Exchange or Office 365 environment.
* PC imaging, client print support, remote client support.
* Client network cabling and patching.
* Meeting and conference room setup and maintenance.
* Peripheral device support.
Requirements:
* Active Directory expertise.
* Experience with O365 desktop applications.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver's license and own vehicle (for occasional travel to other client sites).
