Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer and Partner First Mindset: Engage with and enable customers and key decision-makers, delivering a connected customer engagement experience. Drive customer satisfaction and sales targets through digital sales excellence, empowered by data, marketing systems, and platforms.
* Sales Execution: Drive new sales and customer engagements using digital signals, social selling, and partner collaboration. Manage the end-to-end Biz Apps business, including transactions and building stakeholder networks to accelerate opportunities.
* Customer Engagement with Business Value Selling: Identify and engage decision-makers to understand challenges and propose Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that deliver measurable value. Use industry insights and a consultative approach to uncover needs and achieve business outcomes.
* Opportunity Management: Plan and execute for named accounts, develop stakeholder maps, and close deals through strategic engagement.
* Collaboration: Work with internal teams and partners to cross-sell and up-sell, sharing best practices and feedback to improve capabilities.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain reporting accuracy for KPIs like pipeline, deal velocity, and forecasting. Use tools and processes to provide timely insights and support strategic goals.
* Learning & Development: Complete training and certifications related to Biz Apps, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Fluency in Turkish (written and verbal).
* Experience in technology sales or account management, or a relevant degree with sales experience, or equivalent professional experience.
* Experience selling CRM, ERP, Low-Code platforms, or SaaS/cloud-based applications to enterprise clients, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
