Ingenio is partnering with a fast-growing, globally trusted SaaS company on a key hire.
They’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (Enterprise) to take the lead on a portfolio of high-value customers across EMEA — working with some of the most innovative names in payments, fintech, and digital platforms.
This isn’t about maintaining accounts. It’s about driving impact inside complex, mission-critical environments.
What you’ll be doing
Leading strategic relationships with enterprise customers
Owning QBRs, roadmap discussions, and executive engagements
Identifying and closing expansion opportunities
Navigating commercial conversations and renewals
Acting as the quarterback across internal teams
Driving onboarding and momentum for newly signed customers
You’ll move seamlessly between boardroom conversations and data-led decision making.
What we’re looking for
Experience managing enterprise accounts (low volume, high value)
Strong track record in retention + expansion
Confidence in commercial discussions and negotiations
Background in SaaS, fintech, payments, or regtech
Bonus: exposure to KYC / KYB / compliance
Bonus: consulting background
